Counselling, CBT and Psychotherapy enables people to look at their difficulties in a safe, non-judgemental way. The therapeutic relationship will enable you to look at your realistic options and move on with your life in a more positive way.

It can help you to look at problems relating to the past, present or the future, in connection with, loved ones, family, friends, home or work.

Your difficulties could include relationship problems, you may be a same sex couple or have sexual difficulties, or gender issues. You may be suffering from stress, home or work pressures, depression or panic attacks, loss or bereavement may be affecting your mood.

Counselling will help you to move to a better understanding of your problems, help you to sort out your feelings, see things more clearly, reach conclusions. You will learn to cope with life, have the confidence to reach out for what you need, or be content with what you have.
